To keep your Merta Clothing pieces looking their best, please follow the care instructions below.
General Care Instructions
- Wash inside out
- Wash with similar colours
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not overload the washing machine
- Follow the care label inside each garment
Washing
- Machine wash cold (30°C max)
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Avoid fabric softeners
Drying
- Do not tumble dry
- Lay flat or hang to air dry
- Keep away from direct heat or sunlight
Ironing
- Iron on low heat
- Do not iron directly on prints or logos
- Turn garment inside out before ironing
Special Fabrics
- Hoodies & printed items: Avoid high heat to prevent cracking or peeling
- Delicate items: Hand wash recommended
- Denim & dyed fabrics: May bleed on first wash – wash separately
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Fold heavier items to prevent stretching
- Avoid hanging knitwear
